Mail Order Pharmacy Service

When you order prescription drugs through our network mail order pharmacy service, you may order up to a 90-day supply of the drug if permitted by the prescription your physician has written.

Generally, it takes the mail order pharmacy 14 days to process your order and ship it to you. However, sometimes your mail order may be delayed. If your mail order prescription is delayed, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

You are not limited to using mail order to obtain an extended supply of maintenance medications. Instead, you have the option of using either a network retail pharmacy that has agreed to participate in the extended fill program or one of our two mail order pharmacies Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Retail pharmacies that do not participate in the extended fill program will be limited to filling a 31 day supply only.

To get order forms and information about filling your prescriptions by mail, contact Wal-Mart by calling 1-800-273-3455 (TTY: 711) or Walgreens by completing the attached form Walgreen's Rx Mail Order Form or calling 1-800-774-8810 (TTY: 1-800-925-0178), Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 10:00pm EST or Saturday and Sunday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
