Dental Benefit - Essex Dental
Your Dental Benefit is administered by Advantica, formerly Essex Dental Benefits, Inc. In addition to your Essence Membership ID Card, you will
also be receiving an Advantica/Essex Dental Benefit ID Card. Please present this ID card to the dentist at the start of every visit.
Essence members must utilize a dentist in the network, and coverage is limited to routine dental work only.
A $25 co-pay for an office visit includes the following:
- Up to one oral exam every six months
- Up to one routine cleaning every six months
- Up to one fluoride treatment every year
- Up to one dental x-ray bite wing (not full mouth) every year

- MO/IL members select Advantica/Essex Dental Benefit
