Dental Benefit - Essex Dental

Your Dental Benefit are administered by Essex Dental. In addition to your ESSENCE Membership ID Card, you will also be receiving an Essex Dental Benefit ID Card. Please present this ID card to the dentist at the start of every visit.

ESSENCE members must utilize a dentist in the network, and coverage is limited to routine dental work only. A $20 co-pay for an office visit includes the following:

• Up to one oral exam every six months
• Up to one routine cleaning every six months
• Up to one fluoride treatment every year
• Up to one dental x-ray bite wing (not full mouth) every year
