Pharmacy Services

Essence Medicare Advantage Plan has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in the service plan area. We offer a large network of pharmacies to serve you. With few exceptions, you must use network pharmacies to get your prescription drugs covered.

To access secure pharmacy services for Pharmacy Claim Search and Pharmacy Location Search, Click Here to create an account and/or sign in. Note that this account is only for pharmacy search services. The Pharmacy Claim Search will allow you to look up your past pharmacy claims, summarized by date range, with the ability to click on the details. The Pharmacy Location Search will allow you to find participating pharmacies near you or the location you enter.

As a member of Essence, we will also send you a Provider Directory, which gives you a list of our network pharmacies. If you don't have the Provider Directory, you can get a copy from Customer Service or you can view the Pharmacy Directory on this website.
