ESSENCE Advantage is a health plan with a Medicare contract. Anyone with Medicare Parts A and B and living in our service area may apply. You must use plan providers for routine care. Enrollment in our plan is limited to specific times of the year. You must continue to pay your Part A and Part B premiums. Members must receive prescription drug benefits from ESSENCE.
